Cloudworker Wins Telewho Contest
So previously, I mentioned I had entered “remoter” as a new title for telecommuters and I made it to the final 10. Unfortunately, it was not received well, or I didn’t campaign enough 
, as it only received 4.5% of the votes, and the term that won is Cloudworker. I like it, a lot, but I wonder what will happen when the “cloud” fad goes away.

I didn’t know about T-Mobile’s lame 3G coverage. We’ll see how fast they ramp that up before I jump.
Google Android Phone Launches – I’m In Line
I held off on the iPhone 3G when it was initially launched. I came very close to pulling the trigger several times, but decided not to get one. Part of my hesitation was that I wanted to see what Google came up with in Android when they announced their new phone from T-Mobile. It’s now official, T-Mobile now has the G1, the first Android phone. I’m on the waitlist for it to replace my Blackberry Curve.
