Lenovo (IBM) Thinkpad vs. Apple Macbook Air

This is quite hilarious, yet remarkably true and telling. I love the concept of the Macbook Air, and it is sleek, but if you ever need to do more than sit on a plane with it or let people hold it at Starbucks, then you are S.O.L. (Found via Alex, via AdSavvy)

I actually have a MacBook Air and love it. I’ve found this to be accurate:

Thanks for the comment Alex. I’ve read about your experience, and John’s, with the Macbook Air. I happen to think I’d love it as well if it wasn’t my main machine or if I was more of a blogger/writer/coder.

The ad is accurate though, in stating that the Air does make compromises to achieve it’s ultra-thin and ultra-cool status.

    Cheers.
